Welcome to ITE College East – the first comprehensive technical education college of the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore. It is my pleasure to share with you our education philosophy, our vision, our core values and our commitment towards excellence in technical education.

Following the introduction of the One ITE System, Three Colleges Education Model and Governance, ITE College East opened its doors to the first batch of students in January 2005, and on 24 March 2006, the campus was officially opened by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Since its inception, the College has played a significant part in supporting ITE to realise its vision of being A Global Leader in Technical Education. The positive endorsement received from local and overseas industry partners, vocational and technical education administrators and community leaders validates the good work that the College has done. Being an educational institution, we remain committed to providing all students with a holistic educational experience at ITE College East. Three core messages encompassing the following themes of Value to Self, Value to Industry and Value to Society represent the key ideals that we aim to inculcate in all our students.

At the state-of-the-art ITE College East campus, we have a wide range of facilities available to ensure that all students will receive the best possible technical education. From the ITE-METI Healthcare Simulation Centre to the various Centres of Technology and Industrial Partnership Centres, these collaborations ensure that our students receive industry-relevant training. The recreational facilities available (such as the Centre for Music and The Arts, Student Development Centre, multi-purpose sports hall, football field, Adventure Park, etc.) also ensure that students will be given the opportunity to develop their various interests and talents. The conducive and supportive campus environment at ITE College East is well equipped to provide students will a total learning experience.

Regardless of whether you are a secondary school student, an adult learner, an industry practitioner or an educator, ITE College East has many learning opportunities for you – we strive to be an education hub which integrates the learning needs of various individuals in the community.
