International students who are interested in studying at ITE College East or have successfully been admitted into a course at the College should take note of the following information.
 
The Student Services (STSS) Department of ITE College East serves as a contact point for international students interested in studying at the College. It acts as a one-stop centre, coordinating with other departments in the College to ensure the smooth settling in of international students and to address your special needs.
 
Brief Overview of the Application Process:
The successful applicant will have to ensure that the following steps have been completed before he/she can commence their studies at ITE College East:
  1. Submit application to ITE (Headquarters)
  2. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Offer from ITE
  3. Visit the Customer Service Centre at ITE Headquarters to collect Referral Letter to Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) for Student Pass application
  4. Visit ICA to apply for Student Pass and collect once the pass is ready
  5. Visit the Customer Service Centre at ITE Headquarters to collect Posting Memo
  6. Report to ITE College East with the posting memo and pay school fees (including contribution to the MOE Education fund)
  7. Commence classes at start of term
